Supporting your journey with compassion, clarity and care.

Life can be overwhelming at times — filled with grief, uncertainty, anxiety, or deep feelings of disconnection. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore what matters most to you. My approach is person-centred and collaborative — grounded in empathy, and guided by your pace and needs.

Whether you're navigating through grief, struggling with low self-worth, feeling anxious, or simply seeking clarity, you’re welcome — just as you are.

About Me…

Hello! I am Caroline, a qualified counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling & Psychotherapy (CPCAB), and over 15 years of experience supporting people’s wellbeing through holistic therapies. My approach is grounded in the person-centred model, which means I work collaboratively with you, at your pace, and always with deep empathy, warmth, and authenticity.

My background as a massage therapist has shaped my understanding of how emotional pain can live in the body. While I’m not somatically trained, this background has influenced the way I hold space — with sensitivity to the ways emotional pain can impact the body.

I believe that with the right conditions — safety, compassion, and connection — we all have the capacity to heal, grow, and live more fully.
